Three Nations let down by those who should set an example.

I recently Twitered that I sincerely wished Boris Johnson a full recovery. However he may well reflect that his original proposal of "Herd Immunity", would not have meant that the Prize Bull would have been immune.

Indeed the lesson some people are learning , far to late is that anyone can catch the virus and anyone can die.

That why it is shamefull that those who should be leading by exampe are letting us down

Recently the  Chief Medical Officer for Scotland from 2015o 2020 but was forced to resign after she was caught breaking her department's own advice during the COVID-19 pandemic. apologised for visiting her second home in EarlsferryFife, about 44 miles from her home in Edinburgh, on consecutive weekends with her family, contravening the advice issued by herself in her high-profile role as Chief Medical Officer for Scotland, her own office, and the Scottish Government to stay at home and help limit the spread of the virus
On 5 April 2020 she was visited at home by officers from Police Scotland and warned about her conduct.[13] In a government press conference later that day, she admitted she had visited her holiday home more than once during lockdown and apologised.[16] The most recent visit had been on 4 April 2020.[17]
Scottish Labour's shadow health secretary, Monica Lennon, called for Calderwood's resignation, saying "The CMO has undermined Scotland’s pandemic response and if she doesn't offer her resignation the First Minister should sack her."
On the afternoon of the 5 April 2020 First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced that Dr Calderwood would be "withdrawing from media briefings for the foreseeable future" and explained that the government would be revising its public information campaign. Several hours later, on the evening of 5 April 2020, Calderwood resigned. She issued this statement: "People across Scotland know what they need to do to reduce the spread of this virus and that means they must have complete trust in those who give them advice".[]
The following morning, Sturgeon told BBC Breakfast that she and Calderwood had had a "long conversation" on the evening of the 5 April. Sturgeon reported that as a result of this conversation she and Calderwood mutually agreed that Calderwood should stand down from being Chief Medical Officer for Scotland.[

Then came the news that New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said on Tuesday she had rejected her health minister's offer to resign for breaching nationwide lockdown rules as doing so would jeopardise plans to slow the spread of the new coronavirus.
Health Minister David Clark drove his family to the beach in the early stages of the lockdown, flouting social distancing rules, the prime minister said.
"Under normal conditions I would sack the minister of health. What he did was wrong, and there are no excuses," Ardern said in Wellington.
Instead, Ardern said she had demoted Clark to the bottom of cabinet rankings and stripped him of his role as associate finance minister.
"I expect better, and so does New Zealand," she said.
Clark said in a statement that he had been "an idiot, and I understand why people will be angry with me".
New Zealand, with a population of nearly 5 million people, in late March started a four-week national lockdown by closing schools, restaurants, cafes and gyms and shutting its borders to most foreign nationals.
On Tuesday, it also extended for a second time the state of national emergency for a further seven days.

Then comes the furthe  news thatThe health minister in Israel, Yaakov Litzman, has gone down with Covid19.

As Munguin's New Republic reported
Litzman, 71, has been accused of violating his own ministry’s guidelines on social distancing in order to continue to attend prayer services and has been reported as having been to the house of a friend to pray.
Both he and his wife have contracted the virus and because he has been in contact with Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister has now had to go into a 14-day self-isolation. I expect we’ll all miss him.
Last week he was asked if the lockdown would be lifted in time for Easter and he said that he hoped that the Messiah would come before Easter.
“I am sure”, he said, “that the Messiah will come and take us out as God took us out of Egypt. We will soon be free and the Messiah will come and save us from all the world’s troubles.”
Well, even if the Messiah does arrive before Easter, it will be a bit late for Yaakov, as he will definitely be self-isolating.
Interestingly, last month this guy, allegedly, blamed Covid19 on homosexuals. Thanks to Cairnallochy, for bringing the questionable nature of the facts on this to my attention.
So it isn’t just unpleasant that he got it. It’s possibly also a tad embarrassing.

In two of these cases the  Countries leaders  Nicola Sturgeon and  Nicola Sturgeon had provide real leadership during this crisis and they have been let down by those who should have been setting the example they have set.

There are those who are behaving that when there is a  Fog on the motorway , the best response is to ignore speed limits and try and get home as soon as possible.

Clearly this is madness and maybe people should reflect that not only it can happen to you and no matter how healthy you are you can also die unless you obey the guidelines.
