2018 Predictions

Donald Trump will use the anniversary of his inauguration , to reveal that his candidacy was part of a social studies project by the University of Los Angels . to see whether a lying, misogynist could win the presidency. The experiment was now over and he would now act with the dignity and concern for US citizen  his office demanded.

Kim Jong Un of North Korea welcomed the US President and announced that he was prepared to invite the UN to oversee the decommissioning of its Nuclear capabilities.

Theresa May will have a reshuffle of her cabinet in which Remainers  give ground, and she quietly abandons a Hard Brexit and supported by Jeremy Corbyn move towards a single market and freedom of movement.

The EU will seek to pressurise the Spanish Government  to allow a Second Catalonian Referendum which the Independistas win and Catalonia  automatically becoming part of the European Union.

Scotland will follow swiftly in voting for Independence and becoming part of the EU before the decade is out.

This will see support for Welsh Independence and Plaid will become by far the largest party on a Slogan "We To".

In sport the Welsh Rugby Union will stop their yearly fiddling of the leagues, no longer tug their forelocks to the English Royal Family and stop the constant prescience of Armed Forces at International Matches.

Oh hang on the last one seems a bit too fantastic.
